CFS-606
Numbering and Encoding System for Continuous Forms

RADUS CFS-606 is a high efficiency unit for the fully automatic numbering and encoding of continuous forms.

Due to the unit construction principle it is possible to offer different combinations, e.g.:

·as a solo machine (CFS-606) with a paper advance system with one or two imprinting heads
·as a tandem unit (CFS-606 + 601) with paper advance system and two up to four imprinting heads.

The unit processes continuous forms up to a width of 19" incl. marginal perforation and a max. length of 199/6".

Together with two strong tractors the processor guided paper advance system provides an
equable transport and guidance of the paper web.
The advance speed of the paper web may be adjusted which provides an individual adaptation on the quality of the paper.
Short distances between transportation and the numbering unit produces a minimum of waste paper when setting up the machine.

In combination with the RADUS imprinting heads of the SU-series encodings of CMC-7, E13B, OCR-A or ACR-B up to a length of 110 mm may be done.

Every CFS unit may be equipped with up to two SU 1 heads (stamping ink), two SU 4 heads (carbon ribbon) or one SU 2 head (bookprinting colour).
RADUS printing heads can either work with numbering boxes, nylon plates, embossing plates or chlichés. The heads guarantee a high quality crash numbering for up to 5 copies.

The newly developed processor unit with the well
readable matrix display covers many parameters. Parameters like foil advance, inking and imprint force are instantly readable and changeable by keypress without any submenus.
