CFS-610
Hologram imprinting system for continuous forms

Die RADUS CFS-610 is a fully automatic high efficiency unit for the application of hotstamping holograms on single or multiple continuous webs.

Due to the unit construction principle it is possible to offer different combinations with the RADUS Hologram imprinting head HP3: e.g.

· as a solo machine with a paper advance system with one or two HP3 imprint heads

·as a tandem unit with two up to four HP3 imprint heads

The unit processes continuous forms up to a width of 19" incl. marginal perforation and a max. length of 1 - 199/6".

Together with two strong tractors the processor guided paper advance system provides an equable transport and guidance of the paper web.
The advance speed of the paper web may be adjusted which provides an individual adaptation on the quality of the paper.

The hologram imprinting heads HP3 are electronically/pneumatically controlled and are surveyed by the processor control of the CFS- 610.

Because of its high flexibility the HP3 is able to apply registered holograms, random pattern holograms and hotfoil logos up to a size of 9cm² (30x30mm).
Further to this the powerful stamping unit of the HP3 is also suitable for the application of scratch-foils.
An automatically brake in the outlet of the hologram web as well as a concise guidance and a friction reeling do guarantee an exact advance of the holograms. The foil positioning is electronically controlled, so a mechanically adjustment of the photocells is no longer needed.
A precision adjustment eases the three-dimensional setting of the stamping tools.

The newly developed processor unit with the well readable matrix display covers many parameters. Parameters like imprint position, stamping time and temperature are instantly readable and changeable by keypress without any submenus.
