Every time the imprinting of numbers and simple text, e.g. best before end and manufacturing numbers is required the well-established imprinting head SU1 can show its full performance. With it's extremely low printing costs the SU1 is without competition.

The added inking unit guarantees a regular colour spread. We use stamping colours that can be used as well on paper as on cardbord. As printing carriers numbering systems, block devices and single types made of steel are used. Stampings are also possible as the printing adjustment can be regulated. The imprinting block can be turned 360° on it's own axis with adaptation to the printing position.

The imprinting head can directly be installed into the RADUS units. Furtheron you can integrate this system togehter with a separate electronic unit into an already existing production line using an intermitting operating mode. The control can be effected either by optocoupler, microswitch or photoelectric cell.
