The SU2 is a further development based on the SU1. With it's brilliant letterpress unit it is possible to imprint numberings, barcodes, logos and multiple lines of text in very high quality. With it's extremely low printing costs the SU2 is without competition.
The SU2 can be delivered with an imprinting area of 50x80 mm and 50x125 mm. As printing carriers numbering boxes and nylon clichés are used. It is also possible to combine numbering systems and text. The letterpress unit guarantees printings of the highest quality. Two form and distributor rollers ensure a regular colour spread. The imprinting block can be turned 360° on it's own axis with adaptation to the printing position.
The imprinting head can directly be installed into the RADUS units. Furtheron you can integrate this system togehter with a separate electronic unit into an already existing production line with an intermitting operation mode.
The control can be effected either by optocoupler, microswitch or photoelectric cell..
