A special development with regard to numbering and marking of paper with ribbon is the imprinting head SU4.
The SU4 accepts magnetical (MICR), optical (OCR), UV-colour and penetrating safety ribbons such as carbon and multistrike ribbon.

The exactly adjustable transport mechanism ensures a constant tension. Special printing blocks enable the imprinting of signatures and logos. For this application printing carriers made of steel or nylon can be used. The imprinting block can be turned 360° on it's own axis with adaptation to the printing position.
The imprinting head can directly be installed into the RADUS units. Furtheron you can integrate this system
togehter with a separate electronic unit into an already existing production line with an intermitting operation mode.
The control can be effected either by optocoupler, microswitch or photoelectric cell..
