RADUS SV-350 is a fully automatic high efficiency unit for the application of hotstamping holograms on individual forms.
The unit processes individual forms up to a width of 310 mm and a maximum form hight of 450 mm.
The processor guided paper advance system in connection with adjustment unit provides an exact
positioning of the forms.
The seperating speed of the forms can be regulated. This makes it possible to suit every paper quality.
Optional the RADUS SV-350 can be delivered with a double sheet control. |

| | The hologram imprinting head HP3 is electronically / pneumatically controlled and is surveyed by the processor control of the SV-350.
Because of its high flexibility the HP3 is able to apply registered holograms, random pattern holograms, hot foil logos up to a size of 9cm².
Further to this the
powerful stamping unit of the HP3 is also suitable for the application of scratch-foils.
An automatically brake in the outlet of the hologram web as well as a concise guidance and a friction reeling do guarantee an exact advance of the holograms.
The foil positioning is electronically so a mechanically adjustment of the photocells is no longer of need.
A precision adjustment eases the three-dimensional setting of the stamping tools.
The new developed processor unit with the well
readable matrix display is covering all whishes. Parameters like imprint position, stamping time and temperature are instantly readable and changeable by keypress without any submenus.. | |
